products and services for Smart Communications, Inc. in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. After six months, in
December of 2003, Vertext Handyphones took a major leap as it became the exclusive distributor for Smart
Communications, Inc. for the entire Ilocos Norte.

As the years passed, Vertext Handyphones carried to be the leading seller and distributor of major worldwide
telecommunications products in Ilocos Norte as Vertext opened several branches, concept stores, and
kiosks in major cities and major market hubs in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, and Abra. In 2011, Vertext
Handyphones, added Cignal as part of their growing company, as it became the Territorial Partner of Cignal
for Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, and Abra.

With Vertext Handyphone's calling to continue to magnify its visibility by bringing new technologies and
innovations to the market, Vertext Handyphone expanded its horizon by reselling Appliances in 2017. And in
2018, Vertext Handyphones opened its own Appliance Center in Laoag City.
